- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM .
- The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 UGX. 1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda (GOU) represented by Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development (MLHUD) has allocated funds from the National budget (GOU) for cleaning services for the new Ministry Zonal Office under LA, and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments to service providers to provide the above specified services. 2. The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for framework contracts for cleaning services. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003, and are open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 9 from 8:30Hrs to 12:45Hrs and from 2:00PM to 5:00PM (local time). 5. Bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at No. 9. No liability will be accepted for the loss or late delivery. 6. Bidding documents may be purchased from Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development after presenting a written application for the above services. The bid documents shall be issued for a non refundable fee of UShs 50,000 (Uganda Shilling Fifty Thousand Only) FOR EACH LOT. This fee is payable to Uganda Revenue Authority through Bank after obtaining the bank advise form from the cash office of the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Century Building, Parliamentary Avenue, Kampala between 8:30Am-12:45Pm and from 2:00Pm to 4:30Pm. 8. Bids shall be valid for of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after Bid opening. 9. Tenders are to be submitted in one sealed Envelop containing clearly marked on the category you are applying for and the reference number, containing one original and the others clearly marked on copies. Submissions must come in one “Original” plus four copies.
