  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Wednesday, 05 Oct, 2016 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5,000,000 UGX or a bid securing declaration. Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until Wednesday, 05 Oct, 2016 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 05/10/2016
