  1. Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Aviation Fuel and Lubricants (EACAA)
  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 UGX. The method of payment will be Through Bank
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Thursday, 02 Jun, 2016 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 26,000,000 UGX or a bid securing declaration. Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until Thursday, 02 Jun, 2016 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 02/06/2016
  7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting

    (b) Documents will be issued from: Procurement and Disposal Unit, EACAA Soroti - Uganda.

    1. The East African Civil Aviation Academy has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Aviation Fuel and Lubricants. 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8.00am to 5.00pm during working hours. 5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (one hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be to the East African Civil Aviation Academy Stanbic Bank Account Number 9030005797054, soroti branch 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 8(c) at or before 11.00 am on 28th, June 2016. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 26,000,000 (Twenty Six million shillings only) in a form of bank guarantee. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11. 30 am on 2nd, June 2016. 7.
