  1. Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Printing services for calendars for 2017, printed stationery
  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from - .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 UGX. The method of payment will be Though the Bank
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Thursday, 08 Dec, 2016 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 7,000,000 UGX or a bid securing declaration.     Standard Gauge Railway Project Ministry of Works and Transport Standard Invitation to Bidders BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING November 11th 2016 Supply of assorted and printed stationery under framework contract, reference; MOWT/SUPLS/2016-17/00128 1. The Ministry of Works and Transport has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of assorted and printed stationery under framework contract. 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (local time) Mondays to Fridays except public holidays. 5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be Bank Payment Advice Form (BPAF) which will be obtained from Banks. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00 am (local time) on 10th December, 2016. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 7,000,000 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
