Uganda Health Marketing Group (UHMG), a Non-Government Organization (NGO) Health communication and social marketing organization, is seeking qualified suppliers to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) for the provision of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The supplier’s response will be guided by the business requirement defined in the RFI.

All interested potential service providers/suppliers are requested to obtain the RFI from Uganda Health Marketing Group Head office, Plot, 20-21 & 27 Martyrs Crescent, Ntinda, P.O box 4553, Kampala, Uganda OR download the RFI from the link provided below.

The closing date for the submissions is the 28th February 2017. Any responses submitted after the closing date will not be considered. UHMG may opt to employ the closed tender route with selected service providers/suppliers who responded to this RFI advert.

It has to be noted that, this RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of identifying suitable technology and shortlisting capable suppliers for the next phase of the procurement, RFP. No contract will result from any response to this RFI, nor a commitment to issue a request for bids/proposals.

UHMG will not pay for any information herein requested nor is it liable for any cost incurred by any supplier. UHMG encourages responses and/or participation by both national and international bidders.
