- Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Laboratory Equipment: Testing Equipment
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open International Bidding(OIB) method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM .
- The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 UGX. The method of payment will be Through the bank with a URA Payment Registration Form on the URA Account.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Friday, 03 Mar, 2017 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 600,000,000 UGX or a bid securing declaration. Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until Friday, 03 Mar, 2017 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 03/03/2017

Republic Of Uganda MINISTRY OF WORKS AND TRANSPORT BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING Cleaning services for the Various Ministry Premises (MOWT/SPLS/16-17/00243) 1st February,2017 1. The Ministry of Works and Transport has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of a Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine for CML-Kireka. 2. The Ministry of Works and Transport invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above mentioned supplies. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all eligible bidders. 4.
