  1. The has allocated/received funds from DONOR to be used for the acquisition of the consultancy services described below.
  2. The now invites eligible consultants to submit sealed expressions of interest for

    NWSC now invites eligible consulting firms (consultants) to express their interest in providing the services. In order to confirm their eligibility for AFD's financing, consultants should submit in their expression of interest a duly signed Statement of Integrity (appended to this letter). Interested consultants should provided information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to execute the required scope of services: Type of contract: Institutional Support to a Water Utility Name of Project: Kampala Water Lake Victoria WATSAN Location: Wakiso and Mukono Districts, and Kampala City Consultancy period: 2 fixed years and one optional year

  3. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifications to perform the services supported with relevant documentation.
  4. The short listing criteria will include: Best Quality Selection
  5. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications. The form of association, where applicable, should be indicated in the Expression of Interest.
  6. Preference schemes shall apply when evaluating Request for Proposals from the shortlisted consultants.
