shall receive funds from the Central Government under Conditional and
Unconditional Grants for FY 2017-2018 for implementation of various
Projects. Omoro District Local Government invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the  supply of non - accountable stationery


TERMS AND CONDITION.

a)   Original general receipt evidencing purchase of document
b)   Bidder’s valid Trading license
c)   A copy of Bidder's Certificate of Registration
d)  Valid Income tax clearance certificate addressed to Omoro District Local Government 
e)  Audited account for the last two years
f)  Bank statement for the last six months
g)  Articles /Memorandum of Association
h)  Notarized Power of Attorney
i)  Certified copy of PPDA certificate of Register of Providers
j)   Recommendation letter from LCI and Sub County Chief for those
applying for markets.
