  1. Bukwo District Local Government is in the process of prequalifying firms/companies which will be called upon from time to time to tender for supplies of goods, services and works and form frame works contracts during the financial year 2017/2018
  2. Firm that were prequalified in the previous financial year(s) by Bukwo District Local Government should also re-submit their application for prequalification to be added on an update list
  3. The categories of works, Supplies and services to be provided are indicated below in;

5) Catering services and provision of conference facilities (tent, chairs, public address systems, entertainment) etc

Condition to the tenders:-
Bidders are required to attach the following documents which include but are not limited to the following:
(a) Original copy of general receipt acknowledging payment for the bid document;
(b) Memorandum and articles of association;
(c) Certificate of incorporation;
(d) Valid trading license 2014 copy;
(e) Income transaction tax clearance 2014/15 original addressed to Head PDU, Bukwo;
(f) Certified technical personnel qualification certificate(s);
(g) Certificate of performance in similar works;
(h) Current bank statements within the last 6 month period;
(i) Audited accounts for the last two financial years ie 2012 and 2013;
(j) PPDA registration certificate;
(k) Bid submission sheet duly signed; and
(m) Other relevant documents. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance to Open National Bidding Procedures contained in Amended PPDA Act, 1 2003 and the Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations 2006 and/or 2014. Basis of evaluation will be Technical Compliance Selection. Bidders shall abide by all requirements as outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are free to apply for more than one activity but each activity should be applied as a separate bid. Late bids shall be rejected. Bukwo District Local Government will not be bound to accept the highest or the lowest bid.
