Firms that were prequalified in the previous financial year(s) by Bukwo District local Government should also re-submit their application for prequalification to be added to an updated list. . The district now invites sealed bids from eligible, competent and interested firms to bid for provision of the above goods, services and works, under the following conditions. Conditions of the tender: Bidders are required to attach the documents as indicated in the relevant bid documents for Eligibility which include but not limited to the following:

a) Original copy of general receipt acknowledging payment for the bid document

b) Certified True Copies of the Original (Memorandum and Articles of Association)

c) Certified True Copies of the Original (Certificate of Incorporation)

d) Valid Trading Licenses 2017 copy

e) Original Income Transaction Tax Clearance Certificate 2017/18 addressed to Head PDU Bukwo f) Certified Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate(s)

g) Certificate of performance in similar work

h) Current Bank Statements within the last six month period

i) Audited Accounts for the last two financial years i.e 2012 and 2013

j) PPDA registration certificate

k) Bid submission sheet duly signed

l) Certified True Copies of the Original (Powers of Attorney) .

Other relevant documents. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance to Open National Bidding Procedures contained in Amended PPDA Act, 1 2003 and the Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations 2006 and/or 2014. Basis of evaluation will be Technical Compliance Selection. Bidders shall abide by all requirements as outlined in the Biding document. Bidders are free to apply for more than one activity but each activity should be applied as a Separate bid. There shall be a Bid Opening that will take place at 11:30 (Local Time) on the 19 July 2017 at the District Board room in the presence of Bidders or the Bidders representatives who may choose to attend. Late bids shall be rejected, and Bukwo District Local Government will not be bound to accept the highest or the lowest bid.
