The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of Water Management and Development Project(WMDP). The Government intends to apply part of the financing for eligible payment for consultancy services for "Development of Communication, Education, Participation And Awareness(CEPA) strategy Uganda (2017-2030)".
The consulting services (hereafter referred to "as services" ) includes development, review, updates and consolidation of existing sub sector strategies into Communication, Education, Participation And Awareness (CEPA) strategy for the water and environmental sector
The overall objective of the service is develop an integrated comprehensive Communication, Education, Participation And Awareness strategies that includes MWE directorates, departments, programs stakeholders and project guiding principal to communication on how to create and continuously communicate effectively with our various stakeholders.
