This invitation for pre-qualification follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in the Tanzania Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Portal and Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority Website during the financial year 2017/18.

The Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority in Joint Venture with Pan African Postal Union has set aside funds to meet eligible payment under the contract for construction of a Multipurpose Building (PAPU House) in Arusha.

The Joint Venture of the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority and Pan African Postal Union now intends to pre-qualify Contractors and/or Firms for Construction of the proposed Multipurpose Building (PAPU House) it is expected that invitations to tenders will be made in November 2017

Pre-Qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in Regulation 119 of the Public Procurement Regulations. Government Notice No.446 of 2013, and is open to all applicants as defined in the regulation.
