The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Education and Sports has allocated funds to be used for the Construction of Facilities at Various Primary Teachers Colleges (PTCs) under the Development of PTCs Programme as per Lot 1 below

The Ministry of Education and Sports on behalf of the Government of Uganda invites sealed bids for the Construction of Dormitory, Sanitation facilities and semidetached Tutors’ House at Ibanda Core PTC.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Entity and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 9.00am to 5.00pm during official working days

Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UShs.100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) per Lot. The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advise Forms from the cashier on 5th Floor, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank with effect from 10th October, 2017.
