The Desert Locust Control Organization for Eastern Africa (DLCO-EA) is a Regional pest and Vector Management Organization established by an International Convention signed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1962. Member Countries of the Organization are Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan Tanzania and Uganda.

DLCO-EA’S Headquarters are in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia while its Air Unit is in Nairobi, Kenya. Further , the Organization has Base stations in each of the Members Countries except South Sudan. The DLCO-EA would like to invite an authorized and certified Audit Firm to undertake the audit of its books of accounts for the FY 2017/2018 (1^st July 2017 to 30^th June, 2018).

Therefore, qualified Audit Firms are requested to submit Technical and Financial Proposals together with the following:-

·         Copy of valid business and professional licenses.

·         Copy of Credentials of Audit team to be assigned to this task.

·         Copy of Tax Registration Certificate of the Firm.
