The Government of Uganda (GOU) received a grant from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) to implement The Uganda Teacher and School Effectiveness Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payment for conducting environmental and social audit in 54 schools in 6 districts where the school facilities have been constructed. The district are Alebtong, Arua, Bukwo, Ibanda, Kapchorwa, and Isingiro.
