The Ministry of Water & Environment- Water and Sanitation Development Facility - East has obtained funds for the procurement of Consultancy Services for Mobilisation and sensitization of communities in STs/ RGCs in WSDF-E Areas of Operation under Framework Contract The overall objective of the assignment is to carry-out mobilisation and sensitization of communities in STs/RGCs in WSDF-E areas of operation under framework contract.

Specifically, the Consultant will be required to:

a) Support WSDF-E to create project awareness to all relevant key stakeholders

b) Build capacity of key stakeholders towards stakeholder participation, ownership and suitable management of projects

c) Support WSDF-E in the implementation of water source protection guidelines

d) Support for management of water and sanitation facilities

e) Develop and disseminate information, education and communication (IEC) materials to aid build capacity especially at post construction stage.

The Water and Sanitation Development Facility-East now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultant”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultant should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services.
