Kyegegwa Rural Electricity Cooperative Society Ltd (KRECS) Ltd invites application / bids from competent firms/companies/individuals to bid for Registration as Service Providers for Supply of Fuel and lubricants to KRECS for the Financial Year 2018 under framework contract.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

1.      Pre-qualification shall be conducted in accordance with PPDA Act 2003, as amended 2014 and KRECS Procurement Policy.

2.      Bidders should submit two (2) copies, one marked “original” and others marked “copy”

3.      A Complete set of Pre-qualification documents in English may be inspected or obtained from procurement and disposal unit offices upon Payment of a non-refundable fee shall be UGX. 70,000/= per item in all the LOTs of Supplies and Services to Kyegegwa Rural Electricity Cooperative Society Savings Account Number: 5620400804, Centenary Bank (Mubende Branch) or Cashier at KRECS Offices.
