Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) has allocated funds within its budget to be used for Provision of repairs and services of motor vehicles and cycles on three year Framework Arrangement.

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above non-consultancy service.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below in 8(a) from 9.00 am to 400 pm.

Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon. payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings) only to Cash Office and the method of payment is by cash.

 

Bids must be delivered to the address below at the address below in (c) at or before December 22nd, 2017 at 11:00 am Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below in (d) on December 22nd, 2017 at 11.30 am.

(b) Documents will be issued from: Procurement & Disposal Unit, Room UG 06.

(c) Bids must be delivered to: The Executive Director's Office 2nd Floor Room 215 (d)
