Amudat District Local Government has received funds from Central Government, Donors, PRDP, DDEG and Local Revenue and invites suitable qualified Companies/firms/ Individuals to apply for Completion of construction of Alakas piped water supply system.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance to National Open Bidding procedure as per the Local Government Public procurement and Disposal of Public Assets, Regulation, 2006, Open to all Ugandans 


Conditions/Requirements:

The interested Firms/ Companies who may be interested to apply for the works/services should submit the photocopies of the following Documents:

i)                    True Certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.

ii)                   A valid Trading License of Amudat District

iii)                  Original Copy of Income Tax Clearance from URA 2017

iv)                  A copy of the Bidders TIN Registration.

v)                   A statement in the Bid Submission sheet that the Bidder meets the Eligibility criteria in ITB 4.1

vi)                  A Declaration in the Bid submission sheet of the Nationality of the Bidder vii) A statement in the Bid Submission sheet that the Bidder has no conflicts of interest. viii) A Declaration in the submission sheet that the Bidder was not under suspension by the public procurement and Disposal of public Assets Authority.

 Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Amudat District Local Government.

i)                    A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to procurement and Disposal Unit Located at the District Headquarters Offices and upon a payment of a Non-refundable fees of UGX 102,500/= (One Hundred two thousand five Hundred shillings only) for each procurement item.

ii)                   The Bids Shall be submitted in three (03) copies in a properly sealed Envelopes and Clearly marked one original and two Photocopies with specific subject of Requirements as Detailed.

 

iii)                 Deposit of payment will be in Amudat District Local Government General Account No 0140092240001 or 9030006394212 Stanbic Bank Mbale or any other Stanbic Bank Branch and obtain an original Receipt from Amudat District Cashier at Administration Block of Amudat; a copy should be attached to the Bidding Document.

 

iv)                 Bids must be delivered to the office of Amudat District Local Government procurement and Disposal Unit (Amudat Board Room) along Amudat- Nakapiripirit Road before 5th January 2018 at 12.30pm, Late Bid submission will be rejected.

 

v)                   Bids shall be opened in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives on the Closing date of 5th January 2018 at the District Board Room at 12.30pm. vi) All Bidding Documents should be addressed to the Secretary Contracts committee Amudat District Local Government and Documents Delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit Amudat.
