The Government of the Republic of Uganda (GOU) has received a loan, from African Development Bank (ADB) and the African Development Fund (ADF) to finance the construction of Busega-Mpigi road including Training and capacity building for women and youth traders in Kampala (Busega Market).

 The Main Objective of the assignment is to:-

• Identification and/mapping of women and youths traders in Busega Market

• Asses the capacity of women and youths traders in terms of volume of trade, nature of commodities traded, constraints and needs.

• Conduct capacity building needs assessment, prepare a technical document that specifies barriers that restrain women and youths traders at Busega market, facilitate training and capacity building programme for women and youth traders to enhance personnel and group entrepreneurial and business skills…….
