1. Lira University has allocated funds to be used for the Construction of the Administration Block at Lira University and the Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003, and is open to all bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and Inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No.7(a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday. to Friday.

4. Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below in No. 7(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ug. Shs.102, 200/= (one hundred two thousand two hundred shillings only). 5. Bid Documents will be issued from the locations in Na. 7(b) below from the 18. January 2018. 6. Bids should physically be delivered to the address below in No 7(c) at or before 2:00pm on 15th February 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend at the address below in No.7 (d) at 2:30pm on 15. February, 2018.
