Abt Associates, a major American business and government research, technical assistance, and consulting company, manages the USAID-funded VectorLink Task Order 1. Task Order 1 will support the U.S. President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) and USAID to plan and implement an integrated vector control approach with the overall goal of reducing the burden of malaria in 14 districts in Lango region and eastern Uganda Abt Associates Inc. now invites suitable qualified and interested reputable firms to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for the goods and services for the USAID funded PMI Vectorlink Project, as listed below:

A. Supplies:

1. Office stationery supplies and printing services

2. Personal Protective Equipment (Haversacks, Heavy Duty Gumboots, Cotton Socks)

3. Plastic containers (Jerry cans, Basins, Jugs, Buckets)

4. Cleaning supplies (Liquid soap, Bar soap)

5. Hardware (Tool kits, Ropes, Polythene sheets, Padlocks, Shovels)

6. First Aid kits and supplies

B. Services:

1. Supply and maintenance of Air Conditioners 2. Supply of heavy duty copier, maintenance and repairs, or copier leasing

3. Fire extinguisher supply and maintenance

4. Supply of computer accessories, IT equipment repair and maintenance

5. Office cleaning services

6. Security services

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS

(a) All applications should be accompanied by the following

 - VAT Registration Certificate where applicable

- Certificate of Incorporation or Registration

- Valid Trading License

- Valid income tax clearance

- Company Profile, including detailed list of goods and/or services provided

 - Proof of past supply experience, including list of clients where applicable

(b) Offers, in properly sealed envelopes marked "pre-qualification for provision of (goods or services) 2018", should be addressed to one of the addresses given below.
