This is therefore to invite registered, reputable and qualified suppliers to submit their firm offer that will lead to the establishment of frame agreements (LTAs) for supply of kitchen sets — for two, to the UNHCR operation in Uganda.

Eligible authorized dealers, wholesalers, and or traders duly registered with relevant government authorities, with sound financial basis, relevant experience with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs for emergency and regular response, operating under demanding conditions are invited to participate in the bidding process.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for supply of Goods from the UNHCR Country Office located at Plot 11/13, Mackenzie Close, Kololo, Kampala, from 8:00am — 5:00pm on working days Monday to Thursday and 8:00am -1:00pm on Friday.
