1. The National Social Security Fund has allocated j funds for the Supply a. Delivery of Two Motor Vehicles.

2. The Fund invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Ad, 2003, and are open to all biddies.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given be in No. 8(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday.

5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 200,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be by Bank to National Social Security Fund Account number 0100005004 at CITI Bank Uganda. Bidders shall then submit bank deposit slips to the NSSF Cashier on 14th Floor Southern Wing, Workers  House .Upon which they will be given receipts on confirmation of receipt of the Funds to the specified account. The document will be picked by the bidders or  representatives from  NSSF Procurement and  Disposal Unit at address given in No. 8 (b). NO liability will be accepted of loss or late delivery.

Bids must be delivered to the address below in  No.8(a) at or before 3:00pm on 27th February, 2018. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Uganda Shillings Three Million Five Hundred Thousand only (UGX. 3,500,000) In form of a Bank  Guarantee or Bank Draft from a recognized local Bank.
