1. The Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development has allocated funds from GOU to be used for the acquisition of Motorcycles.

2. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from  eligible bidders for the provision of Motorcycles.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open International bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all Bidders.

4 Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 7(a) from 08:00am to 05:00pm during the week days.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the I submission of a written application to the address below in No.7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000. The method of payment will be by use of Bank Advise Form (BAF) payable through any Bank Branch.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address I below in No.7(a) at or before 11:00am on 28th/02/018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as below of UGX. 5,000,000 Bid securities must be valid until 4^th September 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below in No.7(b) at 11:30am on 28/02/2018.
