  1. The has allocated/received funds from Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of the consultancy services described below.
  2. The now invites eligible consultants to submit sealed expressions of interest for

  3. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifications to perform the services supported with relevant documentation.
  4. The short listing criteria will include: • Cover letter to the application stating the full name of the applicant as indicated in the Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent. The applicant shall clearly in the cover letter indicate all parties forming the applicant & the kind of association where applicable. The Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent for all parties forming the applicant shall be submitted together with the application; • Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association & the National Identification Card or Passports of the majority shareholders. These shall be submitted for all parties forming the applicant. • The applicant shall demonstrate ability to mobilise the following key staff to be used at the implementation stage i.e. Environmental Specialist, Sociologist, Biodiversity Specialist. No CVs to be submitted. • The applicant should have executed at least three (03) similar assignments related to infrastructure within the last five years (2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 & 2012). The applicant should attach a copy of the signed contract and a certificate of completion as evidence for all assignments. The similarity of the assignment shall consider the scope, nature and value. All the assignments shall be subjected to due diligence.
  5. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications. The form of association, where applicable, should be indicated in the Expression of Interest.
  6. Preference schemes shall apply when evaluating Request for Proposals from the shortlisted consultants.
