WEI along with its implementing partner RTI International is implementing the Health component of the USAID/Uganda School Health and Reading Program to support the Ministry of Education and Sports through the DREAMS Program to reduce the incidence of HIV & AIDS and SRGBV in Schools.
In order to support these interventions and to meet organizational and client policies and Procedures, WEI would like to prequalify suppliers of goods and services for the year 2018 and is therefore inviting applications from interested, experienced and eligible bidders for the under listed goods and services
Category A :INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY (ICT)
1. WEI-A/1 Aggregated Mobile Money services
2 .WEI-A/2 Mobile Telephone Closed User Group (CUG)
Category B:TRAINING AND TEACHING MATERIALS
1. WEI-B/1 Printing of training manuals, Supplementary books and communication materials
2 .WEI-B/2 Screening printing of T-shirts and banners
Category C: ADMINISTRATION
1.WEI-C/1 Office Stationery
2 WEI-C/2 Provision of Insurance (Medical, Group Personal Accidents and work man's compensation)
3 WEI-C/3 Human Resource and Manpower services
4 WEI-C/4 Conference Facilities in Kampala, Wakiso and Entebbe 5 WEI-C/5 Vehicle hire and Taxi services 6 WEI-C/6 Outside catering services-Kampala
Mode of Submission:
• Pre-qualification is open to registered companies and applications should include the following among other details;
✓ Organization Profile
✓ Financial position — firms audited accounts for previous one year or bank or bank statements for the recent 3 months
✓ Lists of contracts successfully performed in the past 3 years
Three WEI Addressed Reference Letters ✓ Copy of Registration certificate/ Incorporation Certificate
✓ Copy of Tax Registration Certificate
✓ Copy of Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate
✓ Certificates from any held authorized dealerships
✓ Submission of Bids MUST be Three (3) Copies (One Original Plus Two other Copies)
• All applications should be submitted in sealed envelopes, hand delivered to the address below not later than 19th February, 2018 by 14:O0hrs
• Applicants must clearly indicate on the envelope the category and reference number of the goods and services that the company is interested in
• Applicants must submit separate documents for each of the category they are interested into:
