Mpigi District Local Government has received funds from MOH to upgrade Mpigi Health Centre IV to Hospital status during F/Y 2017-18.

1) Mpigi District Local Government invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Designing the proposed plan for the upgrading of Mpigi HC IV (Re-advertised)

2) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the PPDA ACT (2003), and is open to all Bidders.

 3) Interested eligible bidders must read carefully and follow instructions in the bidding documents

Note: Each lot must be applied for separately.

4) The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 each. The method of payment will be by bank to Mpigi District General Fund Collection Account No.9030005921707 at STANBIC Bank Branches. The document will be availed to you upon presentation of receipt from the cash office to the Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

5) Submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before Friday 2nd March 2018 at 11:30 am. All bids under item 1 (a) must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in bid documents, in Uganda shillings or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend on Friday 2nd March 2018 at 12:00noon.

6) Documents may be inspected/purchased and submitted, at the Address given below from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

7) There shall be a pre-bid meeting for Lots 1 and 2 at Mpigi District Headquarters, Main Hall at 11.00am on the date indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice. NOTE: Bidders will be assessed on attendance of Pre-bid meeting during evaluation.
