Re-tendering for rental of office space for ULC
1. The Uganda Land Commission has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of office space for its offices.
2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Office Premise within the central business district of Kampala Preferably in Nakasero and Wandegeya to submit bids for rent of New Office Premise.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open to all bidders apart from all bidders who participated in the previous bidding processes are advised not to apply.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from Procurement and Disposal Unit from 8.00am to 5.00pm local time, working days and time.
5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Fifty thousand shillings only).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 8(c) at or before 10.00am local time on Thursday, 15th March 2018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security or bid declaration of UGX 5,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Five Million) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency). Bid securities must be valid until Thursday, 26" July 2018.
7. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below in No. 8(d) at 11.00am on Thursday. 15th March 2018.
