MU-JHU Care Limited is in the process of pre-qualifying providers who will be invited to bid\ quote from time to time, as and when a need arises for the provision of various supplies, services and works in the Financial Years 2018-21. MU-JHU Care Ltd now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification documents for;

Category A (Supplies)

1. Supply of human drugs and medical sundries

2. Supply of general office stationeries and supplies.

3. Supply of Information Technology (IT) equipment and accessories.

4. Supply of office furniture and fittings.

5. Supply of medical equipment and spares.

6. Supply of general sundries and toiletries.

7. Supply of drinking water.

8. Supply of window blinds

Category B (Services)

1. Printing and photocopying.

2. Fumigation.

3. Servicing and Calibration of medical equipment

4. Engraving

5. Vehicle repair and maintenance.

6. Construction works

7. Security

8. Servicing and maintenance of printers and photocopiers

9. Servicing of air conditioners and fridges

10. Servicing of Fire extinguishers and smoke alarm detectors

11. Servicing & maintenance of generators

12. Courier services

13. Catering services

14. Customs clearing and forwarding.

15. Insurance services.

16. Travel and air ticketing services

17. Tailoring services

18. Garbage collection and disposal

19. Cleaning services

20. Vehicle hiring services

Terms and conditions for pre-qualification

The pre-qualification will be conducted according to prequalification procedures specified in the PPDA Regulations of the Government of Uganda. Bidders must attach to their applications copies of the following:

a) Detailed company profile including physical and postal address of the firms, office telephone number, e-mail address, facsimile address & telephone numbers of Directors.

 b) Certificate of registration! incorporation

c) Valid trading license

 d) Names and addresses of bankers

e) VAT Registration certificate.

f) General receipt (original) acknowledging payment of bid fee.

g) Audited books of accounts for the last 2 years

h) Valid Tax Identification Number

Interested eligible bidders may purchase pre-qualification documents at a non-refundable fee of UGX. 50,000 (Fifty thousand Uganda shillings) per document from the Finance office at MUJHU Care Ltd starting  from 9th March 2018.

Pre-qualification documents clearly marked: "Pre-qualification documents for the provision of supplies! services to MUJHU Care Ltd must be delivered and registered to the address below:
