The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) allocates funds in its annual budgets and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of supplies, services, and works. The Commission now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed applications to be pre-qualified for the provision of goods, works, and services listed below, for the financial years stated above.

Pre-qualification applications will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. The applications will be assessed for eligibility and evaluated on the basis of their responsiveness to specific evaluation criteria for each category. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from UCC and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address given below, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm local time, during working days

The pre-qualification documents in the English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand Only). The method of payment will be paid to a bank account advised by the Commission. Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before April 13, 2018, at 10:00 am. Late submissions shall be rejected. The Submissions will be opened on April 13, 2018, at 10:15 am in the presence of applicant's representatives who choose to attend.
