The Education Service Commission has allocated funds in its annual budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of Supplies, Services and Works. The Commission now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed Applications to be prequalified for provision of goods, services and works listed below, for the financial years stated above.

Pre-qualification Applications will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. Applications will be assessed for eligibility and evaluated

on the basis of their responsiveness to specific evaluation criteria for each category. Pre- qualification is open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and for inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address given below from 09:OOam to 4:00pm during working days.

The Pre- qualification documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs. 50,000 (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand Only). The method of payment will be to the bank account Advised by the commission. The document will be picked by the bidder or his/her representative upon presentation of a payment slip. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Pre- qualification submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before 24/4/2018 by 10:00 am. Late submissions shall be rejected.
