1. The NHCC has allocated funds to be used for the provision of Security Services for the Head Office and other site locations.

2. The Entity invites bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of the above non  consultancy services

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asset ACT, 2003, and are open to all eligible bidders.

4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00am -5:00pm.

5. The Bidding Documents in English may be downloaded from the NHCC website (www.nhcc.co.ug) by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 50,000 to the NHCC Cash Office.

6. Bids must be delivered 6 the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00am on 11^th April, 2018. All bids must be accompanied by bid securing declaration. Bid securities or bid securing declaration must be valid until 7^th September, 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened  in the presence of  bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 11:30am on 11^th  April 2018 at the address indicated below.
