1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at procurement Office, University of Eldoret during normal working hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Submission Process
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees of KES.1,000/= in cash or Bankers cheque or direct deposit to the University of Eldoret Account or be downloaded from the University of Eldoret website www.uoeld.ac.ke or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box `A` situated at the main entrance of Administration Block and addressed to; The Vice-Chancellor University of Eldoret P.O Box 1125-30100 Eldoret. So as to reach on or before Tuesday, 17th April, 2018 at 11.00am.Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Forestry Complex Committee Room.
