Submission Process
Completed Proposal documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Proposal number and both Original of Copy respectively. The original and all copies of the Technical Proposal shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked“TECHNICAL PROPOSAL,” and the original and all copies of the Financial Proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” and warning: “DO NOT OPEN WITH THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL”. and be deposited in the tender box provided at Telposta Towers, 12th Floor or be addressed and posted to: Ag.Chief Executive Officer, ICT Authority P.O Box 27150 -00100 so as to be received on or before 9th May, 2018 10.00 am East African time.
