CNOOC Uganda Ltd invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from professional competent companies to provide services for Kingfisher 3D OBN test data Acquisition and Processing that will lead to full field 3D OBN implementation depending on CNOOC's decision.

The Services will include, but not limited to:

1.3D OBN test seismic data acquisition for a small field area.

2. Conducting a Fast Track processing of the 3D test seismic data.

3. Full field OBN 3D seismic data acquisition depending on the company's decision made from the 3D test results.

4.3D full field Seismic data PSTM and PSDM processing

Minimum Requirements:

• Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector;

• Experience of QHSE policy, procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations and the international industry standards;

• High level of experience in provision of similar services in Uganda, East Africa or International;

• Suitably qualified and experienced personnel;

• Operational capacity to provide the scope of services

• Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract;

• Compliance with the Local and National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda;

• Possession of relevant certification/licensing from national and international bodies;

Interested parties may indicate their interest to participate in the pre-qualification process by forwarding their EOI, attached with adequate supporting documents satisfying the above mentioned minimum requirements to the e-mail address: procurement@cnoocuganda.com captioned with the reference number and description in the email subject, no later than 1600hrs EAT (GMT+3) 18th May, 2018.

Upon closure date of the EOI, pre-qualification questionnaire will be released to those who are found to have met the minimum requirements specified above, and Request for Proposals will be issued to those who have successfully passed the pre-qualification stage.

LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REJECTED
