Kayonza Growers Tea Factory Limited is owned by small holder tea farmers in Kanungu District and is involved in the business of buying Greenleaf processing it to made tea and selling it to various tea buyers around the world. The Factory is located in Butogota Town Council Kanungu District.

Kayonza Growers Tea Factory Limited intends to expand its factory premises to provide space for a third line of tea processing machinery.

Kayonza Growers Tea Factory Limited invites sealed bids for civil works for the proposed Factory Third line extension.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding procedures and is open to all bidders from Uganda

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Company Secretary's office at Uganda Tea Development Agency (UTDAL), and inspect the Bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8:OOAM-5:OOPM office hours.

A complete set of Bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of written application to the address below at 8(b) upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 200,000 (Two hundred thousand shilling only). The said monies shall be paid to the Accountant at UTDAL and receipted. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Bids will be delivered to the address below No. 8( c) at or before 11:00Am, 12th June 2018

Late bids will be rejected

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below No. 8 (d) by 11:00Am 12th June 2018;
