The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) is implementing designated components of the Development Initiative for Northern Uganda programme (DINU) supported by the Government of Uganda and the European Union.

As part of the UNCDF component on Road Infrastructure, we invite consultants to submit proposals to provide Technical Assistance to the District Local Governments of Abim, Amudat, Adjumani and Moyo to carry out design and construction supervision of rehabilitation of District and Community access roads in line with the detailed terms of reference for the assignment.
