Submission Process
Technical and Financial Bids should be forwarded in separate sealed envelopes One (1) Original and two (2) copies of Technical and Financial Bids each, should be submitted in sealed envelopes. Each respective sealed envelope MUST be clearly marked “Financial Bid for Communications Strategy” or Technical Bid for Communications” as the case may be, and should bear the following address: The Chief Officer Ministry of education, ICT and Youth Development County Government of Kitui P. O. Box 33 – 90205 KITUI. The Bids may also be deposited in the Tender Box situated next to the Office of the County Minister for Finance and Economic Planning at the County Treasury Offices not later than 12:00 noon, on Wednesday 06th June, 2018. All late submissions will be rejected. Bids will be opened thereafter in the presence of Participating bidders or their representatives who wish to attend and witness the opening.
