a) Hiring of roads equipment and plants

c) Supply of Assorted office stationery
d) Supply of building, Hard ware materials and Agricultural tools
e) Supply of Petroleum Products and Lubricants

Terms and conditions for pre-qualification
1. Pre-qualification/Bidding documents in English Language may be obtained from Procurement and Disposal Unit upon presentation of General receipt from District Cash office, that is given after presenting a Bank slip of payment of the respective non-refundable fees of Ushs: 70,000 to Nakasongola DLG General Funds Account No. 2110028000610 Post Bank - Nakasongola Branch

3. Bid envelope clearly marked "Contract/Pre-qualification Document for .. Addressed to: The Secretary Contracts Committee, P.O. Box 1, Nakasongola must be hand delivered at 4(a) before 12:00 noon Local time on 19th /06/2018. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address 4(b) at 2:30pm Local time on 19/06/2018
