The National Cereals & Produce Board (hereinafter referred to as ‘’the Board’’ or‘’NCPB’’) invites interested and eligible service providers to submit sealed tenders for Provision of Fund Management and Administration Services for Self-Funded Staff Medical Scheme for a period of two (2) years. After twelve (12) months into the contract, the Board will evaluate the performance of the service provider and renew the contract for the remaining portion of 2019-2020 FY subject to satisfactory performance.

Obtaining Documents
A complete set of tender documents containing detailed information may be obtained from NCPB, Head Office, Nyumba ya Nafaka, Industrial Area – Nairobi, Procurement Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000 in cash or Bankers Cheque pay

Opening Venue
1.5 Tenders shall be opened soon thereafter in the NCPB Boardroom (door 104) in presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Submission Process
1.4 Completed serialized/paginated bid document shall be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope and marked Tender for, PROVISION OF FUND MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR SELF FUNDED STAFF MEDICAL SCHEME” TENDER NO. NCPB/GMC/01/2018-2020, addressed to: - The Managing Director, National Cereals and Produce Board, Nyumba ya Nafaka, Machakos/Enterprise Roads, Industrial Area, P.O BOX 30586, Nairobi. and physically deposited in the Tender box situated in Nafaka House, Ground Floor, by the Main Entrance, so as to be received on or before Monday 6th August 2018 at 12.00 (noon).
