  1. Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of COMPOUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 . The method of payment will be Bank
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Thursday, 04 Oct, 2018 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 04/10/2018
  7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open to all eligible bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) at the East African Civil Aviation Academy and /or inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.00 am – 5.00pm on working days 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of the written application to the address below in No. 7(a) and upon payment of non refundable fee of UGX 100,000=( Uganda Shillings one hundred thousand only). Payment shall be made to East African Civil Aviation Academy Stanbic bank account number 9030005797054 Soroti Branch, a receipt will be issued upon payment, and the bidding document can be sent by courier or delivered in Person. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(b) at or before 11.00am on 4th, October 2018 Late bids shall be rejected.
