  1. Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of One (1) Station Wagon and three (03) Double Cabin Pick -Ups.

  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from - .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 . The method of payment will be Through Bank - URA collection Account
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Tuesday, 05 Mar, 2019 . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 05/03/2019
  7. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting

The Ministry of Works and Transport has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of a Procurement of One (1) Station Wagon and three (3) Double Cabin Pick – ups. 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies for the following lots: Lot 1: One Station Wagon Lot 2: Three (03) Double Cabin Pick -Ups 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8.00am to 5.00pm. 5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon non-refundable fee UGX:100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand Shillings only). The method of payment will be through bank -URA collection Account by using Bank advice form which can be obtained on URA website. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00 am on 05th March, 2019. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Lot 1: UGX 4,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Four million only). Lot 2: UGX 7,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Seven million only). The Bid security must be valid until 24/09/2019 Late bids shall be rejected.
