  1. Ministry of Works and Transport has received funds to be used for the acquisition of Rehabilitation Works of Selected Community Access Roads in the Districts of Buhweju, Sironko and Tororo.

  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM .
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 . The method of payment will be Through Bank
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before Friday, 04 Jan, 2019 . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 20,000,000 or a bid securing declaration. Bid securities or bid securing declarations must be valid until . Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 04/01/2019

The Ministry of Works & Transport has allocated/received funds to be used for the acquisition of works for the Rehabilitation Works of Selected Community Access Roads in the Districts of Buhweju, Sironko and Tororo (3 Lots). 2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following works packaged into three (3) Lots as follows:- LOT NO. ROAD NAMES LENGTH (KM) DISTRICT 003 Kyankanda - Bwooga - Kibirya Road (15.0km) in Buhweju District 15.0 Buhweju 016 Bunaseke - Bugiboni Road (2.2km), Buyobo - Logotani - Soroti (4.0km), Nangooli -Butandiga Road (2.6km) and Nakayindira Road (2.0km); Total km = 10.8km 10.8 Sironko 050 Senda - Mwenge Road (starts Opp Senda P/S) (7.7km), Pasaulo - Morikiswa - Namwaya road via Rukuli road (2.0km) and Atapara - sengo road (2.1Km); Total length=11.80km 11.8 Tororo 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9.00am. 5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UShs. 100,000/=.
