Overview of Assignment

The Bank’s services are run on an integrated IT system (network). The Core network mainly runs on CISCO equipment which include, routers, switches, call manager and CISCO ISE. The equipment includes those eligible for SMARTNET and those not eligible (End Of Life) though still in use by the bank. The Bank requires services of a firm that will provide SMARTNET, advice the bank on replacement in case of updates in technology, repair and replacement of faulty equipment not supported under a comprehensive Service Level Agreement
