Centenary Bank is the leading Commercial Microfinance Bank in Uganda serving over 1.4 million customers with 70 branches, 172 ATMs networked countrywide and other mobile banking plat-forms. The bank intends to contract a competent provider(s) to supply (2) armored bullion vans.

Overview of the assignment

The objective of this RFP is to invite sealed bids (separate technical & financial) from vendors for supply and maintenance of bullion vans that will support the Bank's activities and traverse across the country where the Bank network is located. This will cover both the Off Site ATMs and branches taking into consideration the terrain of Country.

A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of UGX 300,000 by submission of an application letter to the Bank's Corporate Service Division at Mapeera House, Floor 7.

A Debrief meeting has been scheduled for 10th May 2018 at 10:00am on the 7th Floor Corporate Services Division to clarify on any issues in regard to the RFP

Clearly labeled sealed bids (in English) should be hand delivered and registered at the Corporate Service Division at the address below on or before Thursday 31st  May, 2018 at 10:30 am in a sealed envelope marked "Request for Proposals to SUPPLY TWO (2) BULLION VANS". Thereafter, there will be bid opening at 11:00am in Corporate Services Division on Floor 7 in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend:
