Africa Project
Innovations and Research Centre (APIRC)is legally registered as consulting firm with the Registrar
General of Companies under Section 18(13) of the Companies Act 2012 of the
republic of Uganda. APIRC is
an independent organization that is dedicated to helping nonprofit, community-based
organizations, individuals, public and private organizations perform quality
and professional consultancy services across Africa. The services include, inter-alia,
research (baseline surveys, ex-ante and end line assessments including gender
and vulnerability, and other evaluative studies);project planning, implementation
&management; monitoring& evaluation support; developing quality grant proposals and managing proposal process to help
organizations find funding opportunities. APIRC conducts research on a number of development aspects such as gender,
vulnerability, education, food security, disaster risk reduction, domestic
violence, human rights, health (HIV/AIDs and other diseases), agriculture, water
and environment related issues for fostering social change and development of
the people.
