About us

Billbrain Technologies is an award-winning ICT firm established under the laws of Uganda as a private limited company. Incorporated in May 2016, our works and services focus on 3 areas:

1. IT Enabled Services / Business Process Outsourcing: Under this programme, we contract and implement information technology projects such as mobile, web & desktop software development, website development, hosting & maintenance, IT Equipment & Software procurement, as well as IT helpdesk Support.
2. ICT Skills Training: Under this programme, we run short courses targeting both individuals and Enterprises/organisations in market-responsive practical computing and Information Technology skills. We conduct our training at our fully-fledged Institute training school in Bukoto, Kampala, and also in the marketplace at our clients’ venues of choice.
   • Individuals Training: Our ICT skills training courses are designed to provide individuals with specialised practical computing and information technology skills necessary for today’s marketplace, and/or for self-employment. 
   • Organisational training: We work with clients to develop custom-tailored training support programmes responsive to their staff ICT skills needs in relation to the gaps identified, and/or those required for adaptation to latest technologies for use in their operations.

3. Innovation / Product Development: Through our innovation and product development programme, we develop in-house innovation products, and also work with private entrepreneurs to bring innovative ideas to life.

At Billbrain, we operate a customer-centred business model through which we aim to facilitate our clients’ businesses growth and objective fulfilment for the case of organisations, through the use of ICT innovative approaches and tools that at the end of the day save them time, un-necessary costs, and create operational efficiency, thereby placing them as leaders in their respective sectors of operation.
