ELCON was created to assist smaller foundries In Foundry Melting software, Moulding/Methoding and casting processes to improve on quality and delivery. ELCON is also a representative for 6 international companies including RSA within the foundry/mining industry, introducing modern updated software and materials, CHINA, INDIA, USA and the UK. In the 38+ years in the foundry industry I have accumulated valuable experience, skill and knowledge which ELCON is willing to share so as to assist the newer generation and present artisans in skills development. With the knowledge in all spheres of Foundry planning,setting-up, moulding/ closing, Kg-50t+,apprentice Training, Foundry Methoding/Technical Drawings, metallurgy(non-diploma) in-house skills training, pattern-shop, coreshop, quality control, SHE, customer liaison and Fettling etc. Experience on worforce of 10-50+employees. A field I was skillfully trained by my father and other highly Skilled journeyman which I appreciate and willing to pass on to others. I'm always open and available to new ventures and opportunities.
