FER is experienced training and consulting firm established in, Addis Ababa and Oromia, Gambela and Somali regional states, March 2008 with a focus to provide a highly professional training on areas that would help people to come out of poverty. Apart from providing vocational skills training, our firm has also been undertaking various consultancy services on key areas such as Self Help Group formation & stabilization, socio-economic feasibility study, participatory project evaluation, environmental friendly project training, and so forth.

FER was convened by AAU and AID in October, 2018 to ensure a consultative meeting coordination of activities by the key international organizations involved in the delivery of SDG advice, program and research on Refugees settlement areas and hosing and pastoralist. It enhances knowledge-sharing and a common understanding of key issues. Ultimately, the consultancy meeting seeks to better leverage the work of each member Organizations to help Refugees settlement areas and hosing and pastoralist and implement more effective SDG policies to improve productivity, climate change, economic prosperity, sustainable development and employment opportunities.
